Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact.

How to Return

1. Contact us at returns@studio.gdyunzhu.com to initiate a return
2. We will provide you with a return authorization number
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back using the provided return label

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom Items

Custom-made neon signs are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please contact us if you receive a defective item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
